• We accelerated our brand’s trajectory to rank

This climb, achieved amid intensifying competition
and a sluggish European market, underscores
the strength of our brand equity and the trust
customers place in Škoda.
• Škoda Auto continues to stand among the
most protable European volume car brands,
delivering a robust % return on sales in the rst
nine months. This performance rearms the
resilience of our business model and our ability to
create sustainable value even in challenging market
conditions.
• Our “freedom of choice” powertrain strategy,
oering customers the exibility to choose
between electric, hybrid, and combustion models,
continues to resonate strongly. The market
and media response to our most advanced and
diversied portfolio ever has been overwhelmingly
positive, proving that innovation and inclusivity can
go hand in hand.
• The Elroq has become a true phenomenon.
With over , units produced since the start
of the year and accolades including German Car
of the Year, it has captured both hearts and
headlines. In October, it was Europe’s best-selling
BEV and ranked No. overall across the rst ten
months – a clear signal that our electrication
strategy is gaining powerful traction.
• We also rearmed our leadership in the
Combi segment with the debut of the Vision O
concept wagon – a forward-looking, electried,
AI-enabled, and more sustainable evolution
of a Škoda classic. This concept embodies our
vision of blending tradition with transformative
technology.
• Our internationalisation strategy continues
to gather momentum. Sales in India more than
doubled, driven by our “Made in India, for India”
approach and the success of models like the Škoda
Kylaq. We also achieved key breakthroughs in
Vietnam and the Middle East, including our entry
into the Saudi Arabian market, expanding Škoda’s
global footprint and relevance.
• Across all our vehicle and component
production lines, we operated at full capacity
to meet strong customer demand. Meanwhile,
our battery system production expansion is
scaling up to support not only Škoda but
the entire Volkswagen Group – cementing our role
as a critical enabler in the Group’s electrication
journey.
• We are also embedding articial intelligence
across every business function, streamlining
operations, enhancing decision-making, and
empowering our teams to turn innovation into
tangible results. This digital transformation is not
just about technology – it’s about people who
make progress possible.
A special word of appreciation goes to Jaroslav
Povšík, Chairman of the KOVO Trade Union, for
his constructive partnership and support. This
collaboration is vital to maintaining the agility and
responsiveness that today’s dynamic market demands.
