    It took place among the breath-taking hills
    of Mussoorie and Dehradun and the River
    Ganges. When the journalists arrive at the
    airport after ying some 6,000 kilometres,
    they are greeted by the morning air. The
    quiet concert of mued car horns in the
    distance has a calming eect. This year
    is the biggest year for ŠKODA India ever,
    selling over 44,000 cars in the country.
    India is now the third largest market for
    ŠKODA AUTO globally.

    IMPROVING
    ROAD SAFETY
    ŠKODA is trialling a new
    feature in its Tracation
    infotainment app. The latest
    version of the app, which is
    being tested in a pilot project
    in the Czech Republic, now
    warns of approaching trains,
    reducing the risk of accidents
    at level crossings. This feature
    complements other functions
    in the Tracation app, such as
    warning of wrong-way drivers
    and alerting the driver to the
    risk of inadvertently entering
    a motorway against the ow of
    trac, to further improve road
    safety.
    JOIN THE ŠKODA VOLUNTEERS!
    In cooperation with
    the ŠKODA AUTO
    Endowment Fund
    and the KOVO Trade
    Union, the carmaker
    has established a new
    volunteer employee
    group. Volunteering
    and supporting
    disadvantaged groups
    has a long tradition at
    ŠKODA AUTO and is
    an integral part of the
    company culture. It is not
    only the car company
    itself that is involved in
    helping others, but it also
    encourages employees
    to do so through several
    activities. For example,
    they can contribute to
    charitable causes.

    Some people spend all year looking for Christmas presents, others
    leave it till the last minute. But this year, everyone can nd what
    they need from the comfort of their own home. The ŠKODA
    E-shop* will inspire and satisfy even the most demanding drivers –

    give you a whirlwind tour of Škoda’s current RS family. Even though there are
    dierences between the various RS models, they have a lot in common, such as

    sports seats. And the glorious driving experience they all oer, of course.
