Škoda Social Week: Inspiration for
Youth on Sustainable Development
At this year's third annual Social Week event, Škoda Auto
focused on secondary school students' interest in sustainable
development and connecting them with leading Czech
experts who form the Škoda Auto Advisory Committee for
Sustainable Development. Through a survey and subsequent
panel discussion in Mladá Boleslav, it introduced a range of
topics focused on community projects, nancial literacy, and
sustainable investing. The event followed on from a similar
successful meeting for students in the Vrchlabí region, which
aimed to promote a deeper understanding of nancial issues and
the use of sustainable development principles as an opportunity
for long-term and benecial changes in personal life.

meals were served across all GTH
catering restaurants at Škoda Auto.
The joint eort to oer a diverse
menu and high service standards is
reected in the growing popularity
of restaurants across all plants.

To further promote the development of agile thinking
throughout the company, a new internal format was
introduced – the Agile brunch. These open, informal
meetings provide a space where you can share concrete
experiences, best practices, and the challenges you
encounter while working in an agile way. At the rst
brunch, Rolf Hartmann (EE) and Michal Maruška (EED/)
were invited to present the project One Connected
Infotainment @ Android. They described how thousands
of developers at suppliers are coordinated within the
project, how expectations of individual brands are aligned,
and how agile principles are applied when managing such
an extensive product ecosystem.
