    The election is secret
    and the three candi-
    dates with the high-
    est number of votes
    become members
    of the Supervisory
    Board. The results will
    be announced
    on 10/1/2023.
    In its internal statistics tracking employee misconduct
    and the resulting penalties, the Volkswagen Group
    records data from 110 companies worldwide
    covering 491,000 employees for the rst half of
    2022. In this group, there were 1,510 disciplinary
    measures for minor acts and 404 cases of
    termination of employment. The Group emphasizes
    that success can only be reached through customer-
    oriented and lawful behaviour.
    Data moves the world – and this is also true in urban
    mobility. Cities and service providers are working
    with large amounts of data to improve their services
    and the spaces we live in. What data to collect and
    how to use it to make decisions in urban projects in
    the areas of mobility, public space and climate change
    was one of the main topics of this year's Prague City
    Data Congress. It was held at the Prague Centre
    for Architecture and Urban Planning by the city's
    ICT Operator, which is responsible for Smart City
    solutions. One of the guests was Fábio Duarte, chief
    scientist and lecturer at MIT Senseable City Lab.
    Also, Jan Charouz, CEO of BeRider, explained how
    company uses data on the movement of its shared
    electric scooters to further improve its services.
    Last year, ŠKODA AUTO lent 10 FABIA COMBIs
    to the Czech Federation of Food Banks to support
    the mobility of individual food bank branches across
    the Czech Republic. Thanks to the extension of the
    cooperation into 2023, 7 new cars were loaned and
    handed over to the organization at the Customer
    Centre in Mladá Boleslav.

    VICTORY OF ŠKODA CARS
    With a total of ve awards, ŠKODA is once again
    the front-runner in this year’s Auto Trophy 2022
    readers’ poll conducted by the trade magazine Auto
    Zeitung, once again scoring better than any other
    brand. The KAMIQ tops the list of imported SUVs
    under 30,000 euros, while the ENYAQ iV leads
    the eld in the imported electric SUVs under
    50,000 euros category. Readers voted the SUPERB
    into rst place in two categories: It emerged as the
    import winner in the mid-size class and also received
    the prize for the best price-performance ratio.
    For the ninth time in a row, voters in the readers’
    poll also named ŠKODA the best import brand.
    In addition, the ŠKODA FABIA and OCTAVIA also
    scored successes, this time in the Company Car
    Award 2022 readers’ poll conducted by the trade
    magazine Auto Bild. The FABIA received the most
    votes in the small car category and the brand’s
    bestseller, the OCTAVIA, outperformed its rivals in
    the mid-size category.

    current economic situation, where the availability
    of basic foodstus is deteriorating. That is why we
    are pleased that we can also help in this eld and
    contribute to a stable supply of food to those in
    need by loaning out our cars,“ says Michal Kadera,
    Head of SR – External Relations. Food banks are
    non-prot organizations that collect food and
    distribute it to the purchasing charities. Through
    them, food reaches people in need, especially
    the elderly, families with children, single mothers
    and the homeless.

    CHRISTMAS
    IN MOTION
    Employees from the PSW-T department,
    in cooperation with ZO ČSOP Klenice,
    focused on the removal and subsequent
    burning of woody cover in PP Dymokurské
    meadows near Ujkovice, which will help
    to develop the biodiversity of the area.
    This ecologically valuable area has been
    protected as a natural monument since
    2016, but before that it was unfortunately
    left to its fate for several years. The regular
    eorts made by ZO ČSOP Klenice, in the
    form of mowing and removal of woody
    growth, have contributed to the return of
    certain plant species to the meadow after
    30 years. We thank the volunteers of the
    PSW-T department for supporting these
    eorts this year.

    Elections to the ŠKODA AUTO Supervisory Board
    The Supervisory Board is one
    of the most important bodies
    of the company. Its main task is
    to supervise the performance
    of the company's Board of
    Management. ŠKODA AUTO's
    Supervisory Board has nine
    members. One third of them
    are elected by the employees,
    the remaining members are
    elected by the General Meeting
    respectively appointed by the
    sole shareholder. All employees
    will therefore again elect three
    members of the Supervisory
    Board during December and
    January.
    Take the opportunity to
    inuence the composition of
    the Supervisory Board of our
    company and come to the
    election announced by the Board
    of Management on 21/11/2022,
    which will take place from
    1/12/2022 to 8/1/2023.

    electronic application from

    Space. After clicking on the
    link, the employee will be
    automatically logged in and
    can vote directly.
    b)
    The employee logs into the
    electronic application by
    scanning the QR code published
    on selected information
    channels. He/she then enters
    his/her login (personal number)
    and his/her employee password
    and can vote directly.
    The procedure is therefore identical to the Stimmungsbarometer. To vote from your personal device (mobile
    phone, tablet, personal computer, etc.), simply enter the URL: skoda-space.cz in the URL bar of your web
    browser and then enter your login (personal number) and your employee password. If the employee does not
    know his/her employee password for access from his/her personal device, he/she should contact his/her HR
    representative and request access. In this respect, we recommend watching the video tutorial ("How to log in
    from a private mobile phone - video") on ŠKODA Space.
    After logging into the app, the employee selects at least one, but no more than 3 candidates from the voting
    list to cast their votes. An employee may vote only once, regardless of how many candidates he/she casts
    his/her vote for. When the voting is completed, information conrming a valid vote will appear to the employee.
