    ŠKODA AUTO'S RESULTS IN
    THE FIRST 3 QUARTERS OF 2022
    ŠKODA ENYAQ RS iV:
    SUSTAINABILITY MEETS
    HIGH-PERFORMANCE
    DRIVING
    This proves that the measures introduced under the consistently pursued
    eciency programme are yielding results. Due to the high order backlog and
    sharp increase in deliveries in the important growth market of India (+186.9 %),
    ŠKODA AUTO also expects a strongly positive operating prot for the year as
    a whole. Deliveries from January to September totalled 544,500 vehicles. Behind
    the 22.3% year-on-year decline is the ongoing supply strain due to global events;
    the war in Ukraine, signicant increase in raw material and energy prices, ongoing
    shortage of semiconductors and unstable supply chains weighed heavily on
    the Czech carmaker’s quarterly results.
    ŠKODA AUTO IS EXPANDING ITS RS FAMILY TO
    INCLUDE ANOTHER ALL-ELECTRIC MODEL –
    THE ENYAQ RS iV.
    Just like the ENYAQ COUPÉ RS iV, the Czech
    carmaker has opted for two motors with a total
    system output of 220 kW with the ENYAQ RS iV.
    Both RS cars of the ENYAQ iV family are thus the
    most powerful ŠKODA models. The ENYAQ RS
    iV’s dynamic appearance, with sports suspension as
    standard, large 20- or 21-inch wheels and distinctive
    RS features, makes it instantly recognisable as an RS
    model. With a top speed of 180 km/h, it is 20 km/h
    faster than the other ENYAQ iV models, as
    is the coupé variant. The ENYAQ RS iV
    accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h
    in 6.5 s.

    LONDON AND MARBELLA
    When you look at the provisional rankings of the World
    Rally Championship in the WRC 2 category, there are three
    drivers with the ŠKODA FABIA Rally2 EVO – the third
    generation of the rally FABIA – in the top three positions.
    And ŠKODA AUTO hopes that the next generation will be
    just as dominant.
    The FABIA RS Rally2, the fourth generation of this rally
    version of the popular FABIA, has just nished the homolo-
    gation process, and we had the opportunity to take a ride
    as a co-drivers on the rally track near Klatovy in western
    Bohemia. In this SIMPLY CLEVER PODCAST, we'll be
    interviewing Michal Hrabánek, Head of ŠKODA Motor-
    sport, and other team members. We’ll be discussing the
    rally FABIA’s development, the important role of computer
    simulations, and how dierent it is to design a car for cus-
    tomer teams, as ŠKODA no longer has a factory team.
    The ŠKODA VISION 7S was presented at several media
    events in October. First, it was shown to inuencers in the
    United Kingdom at the historic Tower Bridge in London
    on 6 October 2022. A day later, 4 selected journalists had
    the exclusive opportunity to experience the seven-seater
    concept in the picturesque surroundings of Peterborough,
    Cambridgeshire. In mid-October, the carmaker also added
    a four-day event in Marbella, Spain with 25 journalists from
    10 global markets.

    In March, on our ŠKODA E-shop, we
    launched a sale of special vouchers.
    Their holders had exclusive access to
    ŠKODA Motorsport and take the co-
    driver seat in the rally car.
    On 8 October 2022, they could take
    a look behind the scenes of ŠKODA
    Motorsport, the service truck and
    get a closer look at the technologic
    equipment of the ŠKODA FABIA
    Rally2 evo. The main part of the
    program, a co-drive in a racing special,
    took place at the circuit in Bělá pod
    Bezdězem. Other activities included
    rally simulators, RC models and
    demonstration of o-road drives in
    stock 4x4s ŠKODA cars. Participants
    thus enjoyed a varied range of
    experiences, and also received small
    gifts to remind them of this special day.
    MAKING ADVENT
    WREATHS WITH ŠKODA
    The ŠKODA FABIA RS Rally2 faces its ocial competition
    debut. With support from ŠKODA Motorsport, team
    Toksport WRT has entered the all-new car into Germany’s
    Lausitz-Rallye (5 November 2022). To tackle the gravel
    stages, reigning WRC2 champion Andreas Mikkelsen
    will take the wheel of the 4×4 rally car based on the stock
    ŠKODA FABIA. He will be helped by its engine power
    around 214 kW (289 k). We will keep you informed on how
    he fares on the track.
    RACING PREMIERE
    OF THE NEW RALLY FABIA
    AT LAUSITZ-RALLYE
    Coca-Cola representatives in Czechia, Slovakia and
    other countries drive ŠKODA cars. The partnership
    between these two established brands has been
    going on for over 30 years. Coca-Cola HBC prefers
    ŠKODA cars not just because of their reliability, but
    also due to their high security and sustainability.
    That’s why the company is opting for CNG-ecient
    ŠKODA cars wherever possible, and also has plug-in
    hybrid OCTAVIA iV and SUPERB iV models in its
    eet that combine ecology and economy. And it of
    course uses the all-electric ENYAQ iV as well. Thanks
    to the carmaker’s aliation with Volkswagen Group,
    the cooperation between ŠKODA and Coca-Cola is
    also very strong on a European Scale.

    ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab is further
    enhancing its Citymove app for
    easy transport in the city by linking it
    to two large bike-sharing networks,
    Nextbike and Rekola. The user can
    see the location of all available bikes
    on a map in Citymove and can use
    the navigation directly to a free bike
    or choose a link to the Nextbike or
    Rekola app and book a bike directly.
    With a single app, a wide range of
    means of transport can be selected.
    In addition to shared bikes, this
    selection includes buses, trams and
    metros, taxis, shared cars or electric
    scooters. The app has been serving
    residents and visitors to Prague
    since 2019. So far, it has registered
    almost 350,000 downloads.

    The creative workshop will run from 15:00 to 18:00. Arrive
    anytime between 15:00 and 17:00.
    The creative afternoon is for children 10 years old or
    younger if accompanied by their parents. Bring advent
    candles and two-metre ribbons in a colour matching
    the candles. You will also need gardening shears. Other
    materials are provided.
    Tickets, which cost 200 CZK, can be purchased online
    or in person at the ŠKODA Museum reception. A list of all
