The Škoda Elroq Through Its Designers’ Eyes
Emphasising the use of sustainable materials and the new
Modern Solid design language, based on three key values –
sophistication, functionality, and authenticity – this is the look of
the new Škoda Elroq electric SUV. Watch the video on the
Škoda Storyboard to see how those involved in its design describe
the Elroq’s unique character.
Marketing Campaign: Be More Elroq
Did you know that clouds can travel hundreds of kilometres without
getting tired? Just like the all-new Elroq, which can cover over
kilometres without needing to recharge. This is one of the original
metaphors we used in the Be More Elroq campaign to introduce this
new model to the market.
Curiosity is also sparked by amingos, which reference the car’s
increased ground clearance, oering drivers an excellent view of
the road. The moon, in turn, symbolises the top-of-the-line Matrix-LED
headlights. These captivating visual and narrative connections are easily
memorable and appeal to a broad audience. The metaphors thrive in
a pristine, green world that beautifully highlights the car’s new colour –
Timiano Green. This hue not only enhances the vehicle’s aesthetics but
also aligns with Škoda Auto’s core brand colours.
The campaign is designed as a comprehensive ° experience,
starting with communication during the current pre-sale phase.

Women Management Summit 2024:
An Inspiring Gathering of Women Leaders
McKinsey & Company and Škoda Auto jointly hosted the Women
Management Summit. Held at AFI City Tower, the conference focused on
developing and supporting women in senior management positions and
provided a valuable platform for sharing experiences, gaining new insights,
and building professional networks. Representatives of Škoda Auto in the
discussions and presentations were Martina Zimmerman and Maren
Gräf. In her inspiring talk Human Component in Transformation at Škoda,
Maren highlighted the crucial role of the human factor during the company’s
transformation. The summit underscored Škoda Auto’s commitment to
supporting women in management as part of it's Diversity Strategy.

Škoda Mobil, the employee newspaper of the Mladá Boleslav-based carmaker, includes special supplements that focus on especially important topics from Škoda's perspective. Supplements can be a part of the newspaper, in the same format as the newspaper, inserted, for example, in the form of a flyer, or they can be stand-alone unique magazines in a specific format, such as supplements dedicated to new models, the brand's historical anniversaries, or other important information from the company's environment.
