Strategy Talk Visits Kvasiny
and Vrchlabí
Due to the changing situation in global markets, Škoda Auto
has updated its Next Level Škoda Strategy. Throughout
2024, the company has been informing all its employees
of the newly dened goals through the unique Strategy
Talk format, where every employee has the opportunity
to engage in discussions with company leaders. So far,
ve of these events have taken place – in addition to the
introductory overview, meetings have been held focusing on
the pillars of the updated strategy, such as Brand & Market
and Technology & Quality. In recent weeks, Strategy Talk
sessions were also held in Vrchlabí and Kvasiny, where
attendees learned about future plans directly from the heads
of the individual races, Miloš Halbich and Ivan Slimák.

Keeping Cars Properly
Ventilated, Cooled, and
Heated
We take it for granted that the air inside cars can be
heated or cooled to the desired temperature. In fact,
this is far from simple. What’s more, the controls
have to be used correctly. Experts who design
ventilation systems oer advice on how to do this
on the Škoda Storyboard.
Traditional
Employee Football
Tournament Just
Around the Corner

project, founded by the Czech Radio Endowment Fund in 2003, focusing
on providing nancial assistance and organising educational and experiential
activities for the severely visually impaired; and Život dětem, which has
been oering support to sick, disabled, and abandoned children in
the Czech Republic since 2000. Centrum 83 is also a traditional participant
at the event. They focus on supporting people with intellectual or combined
disabilities who have reduced independence.
Come and cheer on your colleagues at the Town Football Stadium

The Fabia RS Rally2, decked out in the striking colours
of the former Škoda Favorit rally cars, celebrates
the historic successes of Škoda’s rally cars. This year marks
30 years since the greatest triumph of the Favorit
model in rally history. In 1994, Škoda won the FIA World
Rally Championship in the Formula 2 category, which
was reserved for front-wheel-drive cars with engine
capacities up to two litres. The Favorit was powered to
these successes by an eight-valve OHV 1.3-litre engine
with around 105 hp. Škoda has applied the victorious
colours of the former Favorit to its latest rally car,
the Fabia RS Rally2.
