Interior Highlights
of the All-New
Kodiaq and Superb
Generations
Ahead of the world premieres of the
new Kodiaq and Superb generations,
Škoda is unveiling their completely
redesigned interiors, featuring a digital
cockpit, a head-up display and a 13-inch
free-standing infotainment display. The
DSG gear selector has been moved to
the steering column, now giving front
passengers more space, while a roomy
centre console oers more storage.
Enhancing onboard operation, the
customisable Škoda Smart Dials allow
for easy control. Each rotary push-button
provides intuitive access to various
vehicle functions, and a digital display
ensures a quick, comprehensive overview
at any time.
In a move toward greater sustainability,
Škoda now uses upholstery made from
100% recycled polyester for both
the new Kodiaq and Superb.

Employee collections
help those in need
Through the Employee Collections
at Škoda Auto, you have been
contributing to a good cause since
2014. At the end of this year, the
3rd round of employee collections
will end. However, you can already
participate in the selection of
non-prot organizations for the next
ve years.
Do you have non-prot organizations
in your area that you would like to
contribute to? Propose them no later
than 8 September in the online
questionnaire. From January 2024,
it will again be possible to contribute
to a good cause under the auspices
of the management of Škoda Auto
and the KOVO Trade Unions.

The traditional event, which has been held since
2006, will take place this year on Thursday,
September 21, 2023 from 15.00 at the Municipal
Football Stadium in Mladá Boleslav. The
tournament will oer an even richer accompanying
program than in previous years. Admission is free.
Come and enjoy a sports afternoon and support
your favorites! Medal matches begin after 6 p.m.
Children can look forward to bouncy castles, face
painting, bubble workshop, pedal cars, archery
or a photo corner. Both young and old will surely
appreciate table football, the possibility of a tour
of the Škoda car or a demonstration of reghting
equipment. This year, visitors will be able to try out
trainers from the non-prot organization Cesta
za snem (Journey to a Dream) or see the Škoda
Roadiaq student car. Child participants can take
part in the animation program from ŠkoFit and
not only adults will certainly appreciate the health
prevention stand, where health professionals
from the Škoda Polyclinic will measure their blood
pressure, body fat percentage, BMI or blood sugar
and cholesterol levels for free. Of course there
is also refreshment.
Škoda Auto Further Intensies Collaboration with
Mladá Boleslav
Representatives of Škoda Auto have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation on 28 August
2023 with the KOVO MB Trade Union and the statutory town of Mladá Boleslav. The goal
is to further strengthen ties and enhance the quality of life for residents of the town and
its surroundings. The ceremony was attended by Škoda Auto’s board members, including CEO
Klaus Zellmer and Board Member for People & Culture Maren Gräf. The memorandum was
signed by Jaroslav Povšík, Chairman of the KOVO MB Trade Union, and the town’s Mayor,
Raduan Nwelati. The Memorandum is part of Škoda Auto’s comprehensive social sustainability
commitments aimed at making a positive impact across the company, its communities.

Second year of Street Art
Festival in Mladá Boleslav
From 4 to 10 September, the second annual
Street Art Festival organized by the Škoda Auto
Endowment Fund will take place. You can look
forward to a week full of workshops, workshops
for the public, happenings, live paintings, concerts
and screenings.
Thanks to the event, new large-scale paintings on
the walls, so-called murals, will be created in Mladá
Boleslav. It will also appear for the rst time on the
wall belonging to Škoda Auto. An original painting
by a Georgian artist named Musya Qebiria will
decorate the wall of the building on Laurinova
Street. Everything will culminate on September 8
with a street art jam at the Bondy Center, where a
varied program for all generations will be prepared.
The aim of Street Art is to bring art into the public
space, to revive otherwise unsightly industrial
buildings and to show people that art has many
forms and that thanks to it they can perceive
the city dierently than before. The festival is for
all ages. Last year, for example, children from a
children‘s home tried spraying and there was also
a lesson for seniors from a nursing home.

We cordially invite all Škoda Auto employees and their family members to the jubilee
10th year of the Škoda Classic Tour 2023 veteran ride, which takes place this
Saturday, September 2, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We traditionally start in front
of the Škoda Museum in Mladá Boleslav and nish at the Metoděj Vlach Aviation
Museum.
An attractive route of approximately 130 km awaits the participants, along which
several timed sections are timed. There will also be a traditional ride through the main
Škoda Auto production plant, rich refreshments, valuable prizes for the winners and
keepsake images from professional photographers.
The event is organized by the GK department in cooperation with areas P and S.

Farewell to Summer, will take place.

featuring fairytale characters, cartoon screenings
for the little ones, bouncy castle and Spartan race.

Michal Klucz, an IT expert residing in the east of
England and a proud owner of the Škoda Enyaq 60.
The all-electric vehicle with its sleek design, spacious
interior, and impressive range
With a typical usage pattern consisting of daily
commutes, trips to the gym, and school drop-os,
Michal nds the Enyaq to be a reliable companion.
“Charging to 80 per cent every second night keeps me
prepared for unexpected trips to London or further
north,” he shares. While most charging occurs at home,
Michal has occasionally used public chargers, nding
them reliable overall.

As the 30th anniversary of the
launch of the „modern“ version
of the Škoda Felicia approaches,
we are preparing a video that

will serve as a tribute to the
iconic model from the 1990s.
For the clip, we are looking for

a preserved Škoda Felicia model
from the 90s to join us for the
studio shoot of the project on
12 and 13 September. The Felicia
would act as a static model.
So there is no need to worry
about mechanical damage when
driving it for example.
