    Dear colleagues,
    Employee health is one of key
    priorities of ŠKODA AUTO and the
    KOVO Trade Union, and we have
    therefore put all our illness prevention
    programmes and projects under
    a new programme called “Health”.
    Any employee that proves completing
    a preventive check-up or getting
    vaccinated or achieves a status of
    continuous tness for work over
    a particular period will receive Benets
    Cafeteria points.
    WE BRING YOU ANOTHER SKETCH OF THE INTERIOR OF THE VISION 7S!
    The rst interior sketch of the VISION 7S gave an impression of the minimalist interior design
    and generous space for up to seven people in three rows of seats. We have also included some of
    our typical signature Simply Clever features. The new sketch shows a symmetrical, “wrap-around”
    design that gives all passengers a sense of security. The new sketch reveals a at, wide instrument
    panel, which extends to the doors, emphasising the width of the interior. In front of it is a large, free-
    standing touchscreen, which is arranged vertically – a rst for ŠKODA. The all-electric seven-seater
    features a minimalist interior with a high degree of functionality and intuitive operation.
    The world premiere of the VISION 7S is set for 30/8/2022. The vehicle provides our new design
    language, which draws on the brand’s traditional values of robustness, functionality and authenticity.

    the most sold BEVs across the EU. A look at the
    individual European markets also highlights the success
    of the ENYAQ iV series: In the brand’s Czech domestic
    market, ENYAQ iV family models are top sellers
    among BEVs, as they are in Slovakia, Finland, Denmark
    and the Netherlands, while they rank 3rd in Austria,
    Switzerland, Latvia and Estonia.

    500 points for each six calendar
    months (as many as 1,000 points/year)

    How is the ŠKODA ENYAQ iV doing?
    We are currently installing a new
    version of the ME3 software in the
    already delivered ŠKODA ENYAQ iV
    vehicles. This will enable a higher real
    drive range through optimisations in
    battery management. The software also
    oers numerous improvements for the
    Digital Cockpit and the head-up display,
    the infotainment system and
    the ŠKODA Connect online services.

    In keeping with tradition,
    the ŠKODA Classic team
    will be taking part in the
    Sachsen Classic car rally.
    This year for the 19
    th
    time
    ŠKODA will be represented
    by 7 cars, including 5 exhibits
    from the ŠKODA Museum
    in Mladá Boleslav. The one-
    hundredth rally, which starts
    on Thursday, 18/8/2022 in
    Zwickau, joins approximately
    200 historic vehicles, including
    traditional ŠKODA 110 R
    from 1978, ŠKODA 130 RS
    (1976), ŠKODA RAPID OHV
    (1940), ŠKODA 1101 ‘Tudor’
    Roadster (1948), ŠKODA
    1100 MBX de Luxe (1969),
    ŠKODA 110 R Coupé (1971)
    and ŠKODA 120 GLS (1978).
    The rally crews will also be
    driving through the Czech
    Republic on Friday. The cars,
    tested on 582km of track,
    will cross the nish line in
    front of Chemnitz city hall,
    on Saturday 20/8/2022.

    participated in the rich festival pro-
    gramme, which consisted of almost
    150 events. On the day of the pa-
    rade, those interested in joining the
    ŠKODA Proud employee group,
    which has been active at the compa-
    ny since 2021 and, among other
    things, is dedicated to the develop-
    ment of diversity and inclusion at
    ŠKODA AUTO, could join with their
    family members or friends. Support-
    ing the festival, whose mission is to
    highlight human rights, respect for
    diversity and responsibility towards
    LGBTQ+ people and society as
    a whole, as an ocial partner is
    an important step that aligns with
    ŠKODA AUTO's corporate culture.
    ŠKODA AUTO employees do not let up in helping Ukraine and its people even
    during the ongoing summer holidays during which children in particular should
    relax, have fun and gain strength for the challenges of the coming months. Our
    series of stories about Škodians who actively help Ukraine continues with 18

    in which Vladislav Andronov (PSZ/5 – Predictive Maintenance), a man that was
    born in the Ukrainian town of Svitlovodsk and has been living in the Czech Republic
    since 2003, shares his story. Vladislav recently got together with the Czech
    Technical University (CTU) to help organise Science to Children, a summer
    camp for Ukrainian children. Camp‘s mission was to familiarise the participants
    with the entire CTU context, including all its interesting research worksites, while
    helping their families in their eorts to integrate the kids into new environments,
    i.e. to support their adaptation. Vladislav Andronov was specically involved in
    the preparation of the program on the topic of 3D printing, where participants had
    the opportunity to see the production of toys on a 3D printer and then take these
    toys home. “I think it is important that especially children can continue to spend
    this time of the year in a playful, carefree manner… at least to some extent,“ shared
