S-Curve for a Calmer Boleslav
A new two-kilometer road is being built in the Mladá Boleslav region, connecting
Plazy and Kosmonosy. The road will link the industrial zone with a new intersection
and signicantly ease local trac. Once completed in the autumn, it is expected to
divert part of the truck trac away from busy routes, especially Jičínská Street.
The construction also includes a bridge, utility relocations, and renewal of public
lighting, all while not disrupting existing trac.

the Corporate Podcast of the Year competition
in the Technical Production category. The jury
was impressed by the top-notch sound quality,
editing, and supporting materials. The podcast oers
listeners a behind-the-scenes look at the Škoda
brand, including the technologies and products
being developed. The autumn season is currently in
preparation, and the team thanks all listeners for
their support.
Designer Daniel Petr has unveiled a modern interpretation
of the legendary Škoda Sport, the car that competed in
the Hours of Le Mans in .
As part of Škoda’s

anniversary celebrations, he created
a concept inspired by the Modern Solid design language,
while preserving iconic elements such as the front grille,
side prole, and the color scheme with number .
The new version combines the simple beauty of the original
model with modern features like carbon ber details.
The project was created purely as a design vision and is part
of the “Icons Reimagined” series, which pays tribute to
the brand’s history and the creativity of its current designers.
