Electrifying the Bear:
Driving the Škoda Kodiaq IV
The only dierence between the new Škoda Kodiaq iV and its bear
brothers is two letters. This is the brand’s rst-ever plug-in hybrid Kodiaq.
We tested it during an ocial media presentation along the Costa Brava’s
winding coastal roads and hilly terrain in Catalonia. With a system output of
150 kW (204 hp), the hybrid drive provides ample energy for acceleration
and overtaking, while the all-electric range of over 100 km proves
advantageous for city driving and eco-friendlier rides in the picturesque
surroundings.
