    On Saturday,  April, the 
    th
    edition of the  Cas-
    tles Trial veteran competition and a group of nine
    historic cars, deployed by the Škoda Classic team,
    will start from Prague. On the route of about 
    kilometres through the Central Bohemia Region and
    Kokořínsko to Česká Lípa and then back to the start
    -
    ing point in Prague, the spectators will be delighted
    by historical gems belonging to the Škoda Museum
    collections. The majestic Škoda Superb  OHV
    from  is one of the oldest cars in the starting
    eld, which includes approximately  vintage cars
    and youngtimers from  dierent car brands.

    Rally  Castles Trial
    Representatives of Škoda Auto attended the
    ceremonial laying of the foundation stone of
    the new pavilion of the Rychnov nad Kněžnou
    Hospital. As part of the reconstruction, new
    premises for emergency reception, facilities
    for the ambulance service, ICU and ARO
    departments and other surgeries will be created.
    Škoda Auto has been helping the hospital in
    Rychnov for ve years.

    Another strong personality of Czech culture and art – Ondřej Vetchý –
    is on the side of the supporters of electromobility. The well-known
    actor advocates, among other things, a sustainable lifestyle and
    the preservation of the planet for future generations. In Škoda Auto‘s
    new campaign, he becomes a promoter of the electric future of
    passenger transport and helps spread awareness of the benets of
    electromobility in the Czech Republic.

    the programme “On the Local Wave“ will take place.
    On the occasion of the celebration of Earth Day, Ekocentrum Zahrada together
    with the Škoda Auto Foundation have prepared a whole range of interesting
    activities and lectures for you to enjoy and spend a pleasant afternoon with your

    In the second half of March, was the
    year‘s 

    Logistics Discussion Forum.
    Representatives from PL – Brand Logistics
    and Škoda Auto management held a meeting
    with students of logistics disciplines at
    the Škoda Auto Vocational School (SOUs) in
    a very innovative format. Students could try
    out drives a forkilt or EDIS vehicle, adjusting
    the charging of the Enyaq iV to a particular
    specication or driving the FBU car out of its
    parking space without damaging even
    a millimetre of paint on the bumper.

    Škoda Space Voted IT Project
    of the Year by CACIO
    Employee portal Škoda Space has been selected as
    the IT Project of the Year by the Czech Association of
    Information Technology Managers (CACIO) from a total of
    24 nalists. Škoda Space has also received a special prize
    for its contribution in the information technology service
    management (ITSM) eld, mainly because of its unique
    technological solution that combines dozens of technologies
    and a customer-oriented approach. Škoda Space is being
    developed with one mission in mind:to connect people,
    information, and processes in one digital world.

    use winter tyres ended. However,
    experts recommend postponing
    the need to change tyres until
    temperatures exceed  degrees
    Celsius in the long term. Some
    Škoda Auto tyre shops report
    ordering times of up to two
    weeks. Traditionally, workshops
    are busiest during the retreading
    season. Last year, in addition
    to retreading, Škoda Auto‘s
    authorised partners also sold
    over , new tyres and
    complete wheels with free
    Pneugarance.

    Four Generations of the Fabia
    as Seen by Rally Drivers
    The successive iterations of Škoda Fabia rally cars
    have been dominating competitions for years. In
    the last seven years, Škoda Fabia Rally and Rally
    evo models have notched up over , victories
    in various rally competitions around the world. With
    the advent of the fourth-generation racing car, the
    Fabia RS Rally, Škoda Motorsport wants to keep
    adding to its trophy cabinet. The car´s history,
    including the views of some former and current team
    drivers, has been mapped by a documentary video.

    The Number of Week
    Throughout January and February Škoda trainees visited
    ŠKO-ENERGO, a daughter company of Škoda Auto that
    takes care of energy supplies, gass supplies, cleaning of
    water and more, while having ecological solutions in mind.
    Then trainees paid a visit to the production plant in Vrchlabí.
    The component plant in Vrchlabí has been Škoda Auto’s
    rst CO

    -neutral production site worldwide since the end
    of 2020.
