Dear colleagues
The Volkswagen Group has
received the news about the
war in Ukraine with great
dismay and shock.
Volkswagen continues to hope for a cessation of hostilities and
a return to diplomacy. We are convinced that a sustainable solution
to the conict can only be found on the basis of international law.
Against the background of the Russian attack on Ukraine and the
resulting consequences, the Group Board of Management of
Volkswagen AG has decided to stop the production of vehicles
in Russia until further notice. This decision applies to the Russian
production sites in Kaluga and Nizhny Novgorod.
Vehicle exports to Russia will also be stopped with immediate
eect.
With the extensive interruption of business activities in Russia,
the Executive Board is drawing reviewing the consequences from the
overall situation, which is characterized by during this period of great
uncertainty and the current upheavals.
STATEMENT ON THE VOLKSWAGEN
GROUP'S BUSINESS ACTIVITIES IN RUSSIA
On 7/3/2022, we presented the project for the new information pages on ŠKODA
Space in detail. You can look forward to a clearer layout in thematic tiles or a completely
new "guide" relating to concrete phases of the employee's life. We are also preparing
smart contextual menus that will show you applications and news relevant to your topic of
interest. First and foremost and with your help, we want to make browsing, creating
and nding information on ŠKODA Space more enjoyable.

ŠKODA AUTO cooperates with the KOVO Trade Union in providing
material assistance and logistics support to Eurocar's plant in
Solomonovo that has been our production partner in Ukraine since
2002. Eurocar's management has set up a humanitarian centre on the
premises of its closed site to help the local population and refugees. We and
the KOVO Trade Union are in a permanent contact with the Eurocar crisis
team, at this point we supported a humanitarian collection organized by the
towns of Mladá Boleslav and Rychnov nad Kněžnou the proceeds of which will
now go to Solomonovo. The rst two trucks with humanitarian aid were
sent to the Ukrainian border on Thursday, 3/3/2022. We will continue
helping Ukraine together with KOVO, our social partner, and we plan further
action for possible involvement and support.

Hello,
I'm responding to your post
Škodians for Ukraine. Unfortunately, I cannot share
a photo with you, but I am glad that I could accommodate two mothers with three
children in my house. My children are grown and it is great to hear the "hustle and
bustle" in the nursery again. Hopefully time will reduce their fear and fatigue of what
was happening to them in their homeland. I would denitely recommend getting
involved in helping in some way to everyone, as the feeling is priceless!

important among us Škodians and the entire Volkswagen Group family
- our solidarity! Solidarity and cohesion within our large Volkswagen
family, across regional, country and brand boundaries.
Today we call on your solidarity from the bottom of our hearts! Do
not let this cruel war poison our hearts! Do not allow hatred, physical
or mental violence to enter us through this war! Do not allow our
work colleagues and friends to suddenly become enemies! None of
the members of the great Volkswagen family - wherever we may be
- caused this war or wished for it!
For us, people who need our help and support come rst, no matter
where they come from. Because families stand together in dicult
times and are there for each other! The rst help package put together
