Ordering and handover of MAL cars now even more convenient
To simplify and speed up the process, the Customer Center in Mladá Boleslav is introducing online ordering of MAL vehicles and paperless vehicle
handover via the Scrive app.
How to order a MAL vehicle online:
Create an order in the MAL calculator
on Škoda Space
After entering the car conguration,
select the option: Order online
Fill in the necessary information in the form
After submission, your order is
automatically forwarded for further
processing
On the day of handover, you will receive an email and SMS with a link
to the contractual documentation.
At the handover, you will go through the contract with the handover
representative and verify that everything is in order.
The contract then needs to be signed using a code that will be
generated in the Scrive app for this purpose. You will receive the signed
documents by email.
Paperless handover of MAL vehicles:
All you need is a smartphone and email. When ordering a car, select that you
want to receive the handover documents electronically (paper documents are
still available).

All company car users can newly use additional
option for the reimbursement of energy
consumed from home charging. This involves
measuring the battery charge increase via
the Electronic Logbook, which automatically
transfers charging data to Škoda Auto
systems. Detailed information, including
the steps required to utilize this option, can
be found here.
Existing users of reimbursement for using
Škoda wallboxes will continue to have their
reimbursement valid and do not need to take
any further steps or add home address details
to the Electronic Logbook.

Škoda Mobil, the employee newspaper of the Mladá Boleslav-based carmaker, includes special supplements that focus on especially important topics from Škoda's perspective. Supplements can be a part of the newspaper, in the same format as the newspaper, inserted, for example, in the form of a flyer, or they can be stand-alone unique magazines in a specific format, such as supplements dedicated to new models, the brand's historical anniversaries, or other important information from the company's environment.
