This innovative tool is designed for patients recovering from hip or
knee surgery and those with limited mobility, providing practical
training for entering and exiting a vehicle. The aim is to ease patients’
transition back to everyday life by simplifying daily tasks related to
using a car.
The Škoda Scala simulator, supplied by the automaker without an
engine but with an authentic interior, mirrors the experience of
a regular car. The hospital has adapted the simulator to ensure it is
at the correct height o the ground and accessible to both inpatients
and clients of the outpatient and rehabilitation departments.
Supporting healthcare services is a cornerstone of Škoda Auto’s social
responsibility initiatives. This commitment extends nationally and to
the regions where the company operates its manufacturing facilities.
Klaudiánova Hospital Now Using
a Škoda Car Simulator
In a strategic move to bolster its sales in India, this new addition will join the
existing Slavia and Kushaq models to strengthen Škoda Auto’s foothold in
the popular compact vehicle segment. The new compact SUV, which was
developed and manufactured in India, marks a signicant step in the company’s
internationalisation strategy.
Slated for release in the rst half of , this vehicle, measuring under four
metres, is the third Škoda car built on the MQB-A-IN platform. This was
the rst platform that Škoda developed outside Europe and caters specically
to the Indian market’s needs. It supports fuel-ecient engines and advanced
safety systems tailored to local conditions, ensuring compliance with India’s
new, stricter safety and emission standards. Thus, it continues the Škoda
brand’s legacy of delivering outstanding driving dynamics and safety, a claim
supported by the Slavia and Kushaq models, which both achieved a -star
passenger protection rating from Global NCAP in October  and April ,
respectively.

Building on two decades as the Tour de France’s ocial main
partner and vehicle provider, Škoda Auto announces
the extension of the partnership to 2028. The renewed
agreement also encompasses the women’s Tour de France
Femmes avec Zwift as well as  other international cycling
events, including ve standalone women’s races.
Škoda will provide organizers with up to  electric or plug-in
hybrid vehicles. The Enyaq and Superb models will serve
in the peloton TDF as „red cars“ – mobile centres for Race
Headquarters.

After laying the foundation stone in May , Škoda Auto is pleased
to announce the completion of its new headquarters in Mladá Boleslav,
the Laurin & Klement Kampus (LKK). The rst employees of the Czech
automaker will begin working at the state-of-the-art facility this month.
The new building complex is designed to foster interdepartmental
collaboration and uphold the highest standards of sustainability.

Skoda Supplements

Škoda Mobil, the employee newspaper of the Mladá Boleslav-based carmaker, includes special supplements that focus on especially important topics from Škoda's perspective. Supplements can be a part of the newspaper, in the same format as the newspaper, inserted, for example, in the form of a flyer, or they can be stand-alone unique magazines in a specific format, such as supplements dedicated to new models, the brand's historical anniversaries, or other important information from the company's environment.
