Endowment Fund
presents a new logo
The Škoda Auto Endowment Fund
celebrated its th birthday in late .
Teaming up with various partners,
the organisation has implemented over
 projects so far, and to mark the
fth anniversary, the Endowment Fund
has come up with a new logo to give its
communication work a new drive and take
it to a new level. The font and colours are in
line with Škoda Auto´s visual identity.
The new visual identity of the Škoda Auto
Endowment Fund incorporates the Fund‘s
core values: partnership, understanding,
networking of local communities, local
insight into the regions of the Company’s
presence, and enthusiasm for activities,
projects and collaboration in general.
The Endowment Fund presents its new

VW Group trainees
visit Mladá Boleslav
Volkswagen, Seat and MAN Energy
Solutions trainees recently visited Mladá
Boleslav as part of a networking event.
Teaming up with Škoda Auto trainee
programme participants, they engaged in
a series of activities over three days that
oered them the opportunity to get to
know each other, share experience and
take part in interesting discussions on
current topics and challenges faced by
the automotive industry.
CODEX 24: Meeting culture
Time spent in meetings makes up a large part of our working weeks, and a top-quality meeting
culture is therefore becoming increasingly crucial. The eciency and reasonability of our
meetings shape our daily-work reality. Let us therefore pay attention to the content of
meetings, as well as to the way they are organised, the meeting etiquette
and technical support.
The “CODEX 24concept features a set of recommendations based
on a combination of your views & opinions arising from the 
survey and the results of work of our working group. Each letter
in the name „CODEX “ stands for one of the values we support
to increase the quality of meeting culture: Content, Organisation,
Description Label, Equipose (work-life balance) and Xtras.
VRUT Day:
a groundbreaking
technological
development & innovation
event
Wednesday,  February  saw the VRUT
Day – an event aimed at presenting and
improving practical knowledge of VRUT 2.0.
Representing the latest trends in virtual reality,
this innovative visualisation software attracted
the attention of  enthusiastic attendees
interested in technological progress and digital
transformation.
All of them were given the opportunity to
try out the various features such as data
visualisation, virtual training and coaching,
etc. on dedicated stations. One of the event
highlights was a driving simulator oering
a ride in the famous Škoda 1100 OHC, and
a real vehicle of this model was on display,
too: the Škoda  OHC station showcased
VRUT‘s sophisticated and versatile simulation
and visualisation capabilities while also providing
all attendees with an unforgettable experience
that combined a virtual environment with
a real-driving feeling.

Škoda Mobil, the employee newspaper of the Mladá Boleslav-based carmaker, includes special supplements that focus on especially important topics from Škoda's perspective. Supplements can be a part of the newspaper, in the same format as the newspaper, inserted, for example, in the form of a flyer, or they can be stand-alone unique magazines in a specific format, such as supplements dedicated to new models, the brand's historical anniversaries, or other important information from the company's environment.
