In 2025, 1,065,000 Škoda vehicles was produced
worldwide, representing a year-on-year increase
of 15%. In addition, the carmaker built more than
329,000 battery systems for Škoda electric and
plug-in hybrid vehicles, as well as for other Volkswa-
gen Group models, along with more than 1,030,000
transmissions and over 500,000 engines.

Record-breaking production
milestone in India
Škoda Auto Volkswagen India Private Limited (SAVWIPL) has crossed the
50,000-unit production milestone for the Škoda Kylaq in record time. The
Kylaq, developed and manufactured in India, is Škoda Auto’s third SUV in the
Indian market, joining the Kodiaq and Kushaq. The Kylaq is specically designed
for the sub-4-metre category. This compact SUV, built on the localized MQB-
A0-IN platform, has signicantly contributed to the 36% year-on-year growth
of the entire group in the Indian market. The group is thus beneting from the
expansion of activities in India and the increased level of localization.

Škoda Auto kicked o this year’s celebrations
marking 125 years of Škoda Motorsport at
one of the world’s most prestigious historic
car exhibitions. Together with Škoda France,
the carmaker has prepared anattractive
presentation for the Rétromobile exhibition,
featuring eight exhibits from the Škoda Mu-
seum. They highlighted key moments from the
brand’s racing history – from early successes
on two wheels to modern rally specials.

Škoda Mobil, the employee newspaper of the Mladá Boleslav-based carmaker, includes special supplements that focus on especially important topics from Škoda's perspective. Supplements can be a part of the newspaper, in the same format as the newspaper, inserted, for example, in the form of a flyer, or they can be stand-alone unique magazines in a specific format, such as supplements dedicated to new models, the brand's historical anniversaries, or other important information from the company's environment.
