Hospodářské noviny: Interview with Ferdinand Dudenhöer

The Czech daily Hospodářské noviny has published an interview with
Ferdinand Dudenhöer, a renowned German automotive industry
expert, in which he describes Škoda Auto as a lifeline for the Volkswagen
Group. Germany’s automotive sector is facing serious challenges and
losing its competitive edge. The interview explores the root causes of this
crisis. In addition to his warnings, Dudenhöer also suggests that Europe
should consider greater collaboration with Chinese manufacturers.

an exclusive media event for
the Škoda Kylaq took place in
the Indian state of Goa. As part of
the programme, Škoda’s Managing
Director for India, Petr Janeba, gave
a presentation outlining the brand’s
activities in the region. A total of
journalists had the opportunity
to test drive the Kylaq on designated
routes and engage with speakers
and experts during the midday
break. These discussions focused on
the vehicle’s technical aspects and
provided direct feedback.

anniversary celebration was conceived
generously by Škoda at the prestigious Rétromobile
classic car exhibition. Together with the importer
Škoda France, we are exhibiting a total of
exhibits at the Porte de Versailles exhibition
centre in Paris, which date back three centuries
and thus thoughtfully present its varied and rich
history. Rétromobile is one of the world's most
prestigious classic car exhibitions, with an average
of , international visitors. They have
a unique opportunity to see a wide cross-section
of the company's development on an exhibition
area of m
. Visitors will nd a replica of the
L&K Slavia bicycle from , which presents the
brand's roots. To celebrate the anniversary,
the rst Škoda car, the L&K Voiturette A,
which was introduced in , is also included.
