Škoda Auto and semiconductor manufacturer
Onsemi plan to intensify their cooperation in the eld of
research and development. The aim is to sustainably
strengthen the position of the Czech Republic as an
European semiconductor centre. The semiconductor
manufacturer Onsemi specializes in silicon carbide
technology, which is widely used in electric vehicles and
will play a key role in increasing their energy eciency.
Onsemi is, for the Volkswagen Group, developing
components for the next generation platform, which will
be used as the basis for fully electric cars in the future.

After the New Year Škoda Auto
launched a eet congurator for
interested corporate customers.
The new tool for conguring eet
vehicles can be used not only by eet
managers, but also by employees
themselves. This makes the whole
ordering and approval process
signicantly simpler. Still, all those
who take at least cars for their
company‘s needs within
months will be granted the status
of a wholesale customer and will be
able to benet from the Škoda eet
programme.
The completely intuitive and user-
friendly online platform allows eet
managers to easily congure company
vehicles and at the same time easily
communicate with dealers. The great
advantage of this congurator is the
fact that it can be adapted to the
company‘s policy. Employees can
congure their vehicle to match the
exact policies set within the company.

Since January , a new code
of conduct „Our Code“ based on
the new code of conduct of the
Volkswagen Group has been in force
at Škoda Auto. Our code of conduct
is a common set of guidelines
for all Škoda Auto employees. It
helps to comply with rules and
regulations and oers advice and
support. It focuses primarily on the
responsibility of each employee
to act with integrity and comply
with legal and internal rules and
regulations.
The Code of Conduct adds two new
subsections to the previous version
in : Ethical Leadership and
Speak Up. The Czech and English
versions can be found in electronic
form here.

a color Crystallinium jewel
The new Škoda Superb and Kodiaq have
a Crystallinium design element in their LED
Matrix headlights. It emphasizes the contours
of the modules and gives them a unique
colorful atmosphere.

With the growing trend of
using mobile work,
new coworking spaces
are ready in Prague for all
Škoda employees.
The premises are located
on the th oor of
the modern AFI City oce
building in Kolbenova
Street, Prague .
Coworking oce spaces will function as
shared surfaces that will oer standard
shared workplaces and so-called hot desk
workplaces intended for short-term individual
work work, e.g. to handle work mail. It will
also be possible to use for informal meetings
meeting boxes with a capacity of - people,
for handling telephone calls will then oer
a modern acoustic space telephone boxes.
