New Kodiaq Launches Production
On  January , Škoda Auto started production of the
second generation of the SUV portfolio, the Kodiaq, at
the Kvasiny plant. In preparation for the start of production,
the company made signicant investments and modernized
the assembly and welding shop. The new Kodiaq will be
produced on the same production line as the rst generation
of the model.
Škoda Auto has invested  million euros in modernising
its production line and welding shop in order to future-
proof production at the Kvasiny plant. This also includes
preparations for the production of the new Kodiaq iV with
plug-in hybrid drive. The reconstruction of the production
line focused on for example manipulators, chassis assembly,
conveyor technologies, including the modication of robots

Škoda Auto Opens New Virtual
Development Centre
On Tuesday  January , Škoda Auto inaugurated a new Virtual
Development Centre at the Technical Development Campus in Česana.
The workplace, which was created by modernising the existing premises, will help
speed up and generally streamline the development of new vehicles. With this step,
Škoda Auto is clearly conrming its commitment to the digital future. The total
investment in the newly opened premises in Česana amounts to ,,.
This has created a facility with state-of-the-art equipment in the areas of projection
technology, virtual and augmented reality and communication capabilities.

The colleagues from the FIT AI Competence Centre team have developed
an internal application ŠkodaGPT, which will help you safely use the GPT

vehicle deliveries, reaching a total of , units.
This represents signicant growth of .% over the
previous year. Germany continues to be the brand’s
largest single market, with , vehicles delivered
(+.%). Additionally, Škoda Auto posted a strong
result in the Czech domestic market, with ,
deliveries (+.%). The strongest growth was
recorded in Germany, the UK and the Czech Republic.
The all-electric Enyaq series, which is among the best-
selling EVs in many European markets, set a new

Moreover, by entering the Vietnamese and Kazakhstan
