Collective bargaining on annual working hours and social
costs for  between Škoda Auto management and
the KOVO trade unions has been successfully concluded.
Key topics of the negotiations included, among others,
the retention of ve additional days of leave beyond the
statutory entitlement. At the same time, the validity of
the agreements relating to atypical working time
systems and the Flexikonto has also been extended.

Naturally, the most-watched topics included the premieres of new
models. Early in the year, the new Škoda Enyaq was unveiled. Another
major premiere followed with the Škoda Vision O concept. This study,
previewing the future of the popular estate-car segment, captivated
audiences worldwide in September. And in the autumn, the sporty
Škoda Fabia  also arrived.
Škoda Auto as a leader in caring for
the health and safety of employees
The carmaker as a rst employer in the Czech Republic obtained a certicate
of implementation of a psychosocial risk management system in accordance
with ISO :. These risks cover a wide range of health and mental
problems and belong to the area of health and safety in the workplace, in which
Škoda Auto has been achieving excellent results for a long time. The carmaker
has been working on the topic of psychosocial risks in cooperation with the
KOVO trade unions for almost  years: it has focused on comprehensive
prevention, health care and the promotion of mental health and well-being in
the workplace to an extent that is above standard not only in the industrial sector.
Škoda is also a protagonist in this regard within the entire Volkswagen Group.

the general public in the region.

worldwide. The millionth customer was Dr. Martin Čepelík
(on the right), who picked up his new Škoda Octavia RS from
the showroom of the Prague-based authorized dealer Auto Jarov.

Škoda Mobil, the employee newspaper of the Mladá Boleslav-based carmaker, includes special supplements that focus on especially important topics from Škoda's perspective. Supplements can be a part of the newspaper, in the same format as the newspaper, inserted, for example, in the form of a flyer, or they can be stand-alone unique magazines in a specific format, such as supplements dedicated to new models, the brand's historical anniversaries, or other important information from the company's environment.
