Dear Readers, 

A year full of anniversary celebrations is coming to an end, as is the 31st year of Škoda Mobil, the final issue of which you are now holding in your hands or reading in electronic form. We are delighted that this year we have once again been able to bring you stories about the people, products and technologies that make the Škoda brand one of the most successful brands around. The carmaker’s rich history has laid the foundations for this as well. This year, we looked back on a number of milestones – 130 years since the company’s founding, 30 years since the first issue of the Škoda Mobil employee newspaper, the opening of the Škoda Museum, the launch of ŠKO-ENERGO and 25 years since Škoda Auto University was established.

We would like to thank you for your unwavering loyalty as readers and for all the suggestions and ideas you have sent us. You help shape the content of the newspaper!

The year 2026 will bring numerous opportunities, which is why we at the editorial office are planning new features to make your reading experience even more enjoyable. You can look forward to new sections, graphic improvements and other surprises. However, one thing definitely will not change: Škoda Mobil will continue to be a source of essential information and behind-the-scenes insights, bringing you closer to the work of your colleagues, our vehicles and their production.
